The Head Office workshop Edenvale

Propshaft Master Group is one of the few propshaft repairers with a CO2 fully computerised welding machine.

We are able to weld tube diameter of 250 mm with a wall thickness of 10mm.

We also have one of the largest Asset Register of Schenk Mechanical machines in Africa, and are  able to balance up to 500kg with a flange diameter of 495mm/Length of 4m.

Propshaft Master is able to carry out the full cycle from fitting to machining, welding, calibration, balancing and painting to the final product.

This is all done in-house on Propshaft  Master premises.

All propshafts go through quality control procedures, required for producing a high quality product.

	Hard Bearing Balancing Machine Specially designed for the balancing of Cardan shafts  during overhaul and repairs. The modular design provides for easy exchange of standard components thus allowing PropShaft Master  to balance the complete range of truck and car shafts for local and international range. We have an overhead crane for safe lifting and moving of Propshafts and Cardan Shafts weighing up to 5 ton’s

Propshaft Master has fully functional workshops in Edenvale, Witbank, and Rustenburg.
